With Rev. Christopher Williams called to Duff's Presbyterian Church, we will lose Saveta as a Sunday School teacher — and we need two volunteers to join Waheeda and Josette.

With four teachers, each serves just one Sunday a month; training and a full program with weekly topics and craft ideas are provided.

Teaching our children is a joy. If you feel called, please speak to Waheeda or Josette.

For decades, Calvin has supported the Canadian Food Grains Bank, bringing food to parts of the world in great need — and every $1 we give is matched with $4 from the Canadian government. Our goal is $2,500. To contribute, place your gift in the offering plate in a marked envelope or send an e-transfer to Calvin, specifying "Canadian Food Grains Bank".

Questions? Contact Frank Thompson, our Treasurer.

It will take place at Forest Hill United Church (121 Westmount Rd. E.--on the same street as Calvin Presbyterian Church!) from July 6 to July 10 (Monday to Friday).

Using a theme of “God Is The Gardener“, the program is a faith based perspective on the ecology, the environment, the changes in climate we see and how, through our actions, we can make a better place in God’s garden.

To fill out the online registration form, see Forest Hill United's website.

Join us on June 14, 2026 for our church potluck!
Please bring main courses, salads, fruits, and desserts,
