DAILY BREAD — Walking with God

ADVICE:
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.

PROMISE:
You know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

PRAYER:
Lord, hear my prayer, listen to my cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief. Do not bring your servant into judgment, for no one living is righteous before you.
— Psalm 143:1–2

Heavenly Father,
Everywhere I walk today, let my steps follow Your path.
May I see the world through Your loving eyes and do all things according to Your will.
When hardships arise, teach me to rest them in Your hands, trusting that Your grace is enough.
Thank You for the gift of this day and for the gentle assurance of Your care.

Lord Jesus Christ,
You are my Shepherd and my Guide.
Let my heart reflect Your compassion and my spirit mirror Your obedience.
When the way ahead is unclear, remind me that I do not need to know every destination--
only that You walk beside me, leading me in love.

Holy Spirit,
Move within me and shape every thought and emotion by Your presence.
Let Your peace calm my fears, Your wisdom direct my choices, and Your joy renew my strength.
Help me to seek and find all that I need within the depth of God’s unfailing love.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
