DAILY BREAD — Living Clothed in Christ

ADVICE:
Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.

Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me.

Heavenly Father,
As I awaken to this new day, I turn my thoughts toward You.
Guide me in all that lies ahead—my decisions, my conversations, and my work.
Help me to remain aware of Your loving presence and to walk in harmony with Your will.
Thank You for calling me Your child and for the grace that sustains me each moment.

Lord Jesus Christ,
You lived each day in perfect obedience to the Father’s purpose.
Teach me to follow Your example—to meet every person I encounter, friend or stranger, with compassion and love.
As You were about Your Father’s business, may I be about His work too, bringing light and kindness wherever I go.

Holy Spirit,
Fill my heart with strength where I am weak, and wisdom where I am uncertain.
Empower my words and actions so they reflect the heart of Christ.
Remind me throughout this day that I am never alone, for You are always with me--
the same yesterday, today, and forever.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
