DAILY BREAD — Clothing Ourselves with Christ ADVICE: “Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.” — Romans 13:14 PROMISE: “Therefore, my friends, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. Through Him everyone who believes is set free from every sin.” — Acts 13:38–39 PRAYER: “Do not cast me from Your presence or take Your Holy Spirit from me.” — Psalm 51:11 Dear Lord, this morning as I contemplate a new day, I ask You to help me. I want to be aware of Your Spirit—leading me in the decisions I make, the conversations I have, and the work I do. Help me to be more like You, Jesus, as I relate to the people I meet today—whether friends or strangers.
Jesus, You were always about Your Father’s business, and I thank You that He is now my Father too because of Your work on this earth. Though I know I am weak, I also know that by the power of Your Spirit, I can be strong in the work I do, the decisions I make, and the words I speak. Thank You for Your promise to be with me always, and for being the same yesterday, today, and forever. Amen. I wish you a blessed day, With Love, Rev. Frank
