DAILY BREAD — Rendering to God What Is God’s

ADVICE:
Then Jesus said to them, “So give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.” Matthew 22:21

PROMISE:
Not everyone who says to me, “Lord, Lord,” will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Matthew 7:21

I run in the path of Your commands, for You have broadened my understanding. Psalm 119:32

Dear Heavenly Father,
Teach me to live with integrity before You in all things. In the ordinary responsibilities of life, help me act faithfully and justly, giving what is due in the world while remembering that my whole being belongs to You. My heart, my allegiance, and my obedience are Yours alone. Guard me from a faith that is only spoken, and form in me a life that reflects true devotion.

Lord Jesus Christ,
Keep me from honoring You merely with words while my will remains unchanged. Align my desires with the Father’s will so that obedience becomes the expression of love. May my daily choices—seen and unseen—declare that You are truly Lord of my life.

Holy Spirit,
broaden my understanding and strengthen my resolve. Help me run in the path of God’s commands with joy, courage, and perseverance. Guide my steps so that my life becomes a faithful offering, reflecting wholehearted surrender to the living God.
