DAILY BREAD — Nourished by the Word of God

ADVICE:
Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation. 1 Peter 2:2

PROMISE:
I will bless her with abundant provisions; her poor I will satisfy with food. Psalm 132:15

May my cry come before You, Lord; give me understanding according to Your Word. Psalm 119:169

Dear Heavenly Father,
Awaken in me a true hunger for Your Word. As a newborn longs for milk, teach my soul to crave what nourishes life in You. Guard me from distractions that dull my appetite for truth, and cultivate in me a steady delight in the Scriptures. By Your Word, cause me to grow—not only in knowledge, but in faith, obedience, and love.

Lord Jesus Christ,
You are the Bread of Life who satisfies every deeper hunger of the heart. You provide abundantly for Your people, both in daily needs and in the riches of salvation. When my spirit feels empty or weary, draw me again to Yourself and remind me that true life is found in communion with You.

Holy Spirit,
hear my cry and grant me understanding. Illuminate the Scriptures so that I may grasp their truth and walk in their wisdom. Feed my soul with what is pure and life-giving, and lead me onward toward maturity in Christ—steadfast, rooted, and fruitful in faith.
