ADVICE: “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.” Luke 12:15 PROMISE: Once more the humble will rejoice in the Lord; the needy will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 29:19 PRAYER: One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek Him in His temple. Psalm 27:4 Dear Heavenly Father,
thank You for being the source of every good and perfect gift in my life. Guard my heart against greed and the desire to find security in earthly possessions. Remind me that my true wealth is found in knowing You and walking in Your presence. Help me to be content with what You have provided and to use my blessings to serve others and glorify Your name. Dear Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for teaching me that life does not consist in the abundance of possessions but in a living relationship with You. Keep me humble before You, and help me to rejoice in Your goodness rather than in material things. May my joy be rooted in Your love, Your salvation, and Your promises. Teach me to trust You completely and to find my greatest treasure in following You. Precious Holy Spirit, create within me a deep longing for the presence of God. Above all else, may I seek to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon His beauty and to worship Him with a sincere heart. Fill me with peace, gratitude, and holy desire for the things of God. Lead me closer to the Father each day and help me to live a life that reflects His grace, love, and glory. Amen.
