ADVICE: Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. James 4:10 PROMISE: For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted. Matthew 23:12 PRAYER: I confess my iniquity; I am troubled by my sin. Psalm 38:18 Dear Heavenly Father,
thank You for Your grace, mercy, and patience toward me. Help me to humble myself before You each day, recognizing that every good gift comes from Your hand. Keep me from pride, self-reliance, and the desire for human praise. Teach me to walk in humility, trusting that in Your perfect time You will lift me up according to Your will and for Your glory. Dear Lord Jesus Christ, You are the perfect example of humility. Though You were Lord of all, You humbled Yourself and became obedient even to death on a cross. Help me to follow Your example by serving others with a willing heart and seeking Your honor above my own. Thank You for Your promise that those who humble themselves will be exalted. May my greatest desire be to glorify You and to grow in Christlike character. Precious Holy Spirit, search my heart and reveal anything that separates me from God. I confess my sins, my weaknesses, and my failures before You. When I am troubled by my shortcomings, remind me of the forgiveness and cleansing available through Christ. Grant me a spirit of true repentance, renew my heart, and strengthen me to walk in obedience. Fill me with peace, knowing that God's mercy is greater than my sin and His grace is sufficient for every need. Amen.
