ADVICE: When times are bad, consider this: God has made the one as well as the other. Ecclesiastes 7:14 PROMISE: No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. Hebrews 12:11 PRAYER: In my distress I called to the Lord; I called out to my God. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came to his ears. 2 Samuel 22:7 Dear Heavenly Father,
thank You for being Lord over every season of my life—the joyful days and the difficult ones. When times are good, help me to be grateful; when times are hard, help me to trust that You remain in control. Give me faith to remember that nothing enters my life without first passing through Your loving hands. Teach me to lean on You and to find hope in Your presence, even in the midst of trials. Dear Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for walking with me through every struggle and every lesson. When Your discipline feels painful and difficult to understand, help me to remember that You are shaping my character and drawing me closer to Yourself. Produce within me a harvest of righteousness, peace, and spiritual maturity. May every challenge become an opportunity to trust You more deeply and to grow in faith and obedience. Precious Holy Spirit, when I am distressed, discouraged, or overwhelmed, remind me that I can always call upon the Lord. Thank You that my cries never go unheard and that my prayers reach the ears of my loving Father. Comfort me with Your presence, strengthen me in my weakness, and fill my heart with peace. Help me to trust that God hears my voice, answers according to His perfect wisdom, and remains faithful through every circumstance. Amen.
