ADVICE:       
Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret—it leads only to evil.

Contend, Lord, with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight against me. Take up shield and armor; arise and come to my aid.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for Your patience and mercy toward me. When anger rises within my heart and frustration threatens to overwhelm me, help me to refrain from wrath and place my trust in You. Guard me from reacting in ways that dishonor You. Fill me instead with Your peace, wisdom, and self-control, so that my life may reflect the character of Christ.

Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank You for teaching me to hope in the Lord rather than in my own strength. In a world where evil often seems to prosper, help me to remain faithful and steadfast. Remind me that Your promises are sure and that when I place my hope in You, I will never be disappointed. Strengthen my faith to wait patiently for Your justice, Your timing, and Your perfect will.

Dear Holy Spirit,
When I face opposition, criticism, or unfair treatment, remind me that God is my defender and protector. Teach me to bring my struggles before the Lord in prayer rather than carrying them alone. As the psalmist cried, “Contend, LORD, with those who contend with me,” help me trust that You are fighting for me. Fill me with courage, peace, and confidence, knowing that my help comes from the Lord Almighty.
