DAILY BREAD — Remaining in Christ

ADVICE:
Remain in Me.
— John 15:4

PROMISE:
If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
— John 15:7

​PRAYER:
I kneel before the Father, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.
— Ephesians 3:14, 17

Father God,
I come before You in humility,
and I choose again to remain in You.
Apart from You, I know I can do nothing.
Draw me close,
root my life in Your love,
and let my heart become a dwelling place for Your presence.

Lord Jesus Christ,
You invite me to abide in You--
not just for a moment,
but in every breath, every decision, every prayer.
Let Your words remain in me:
when I speak,
when I choose,
when I hope,
and when I ask.
Shape my desires so that what I ask for
flows from a heart united with Yours.

Holy Spirit,
I kneel before the Father,
asking that Christ may dwell deeply in my heart through faith.
Strengthen my inner being.
Keep me anchored in Christ,
alive in love,
and faithful in trust.

Remain in me, O God,
and let my life bear fruit
for Your glory
and for the good of others.
Amen.
