DAILY BREAD — God's Instruction

ADVICE:
Hold on to instruction, do not let it go; guard it well, for it is your life.
— Proverbs 4:13

PROMISE:
My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.
— Isaiah 32:18

I am your servant; give me discernment that I may understand your statutes.
— Psalm 119:125

Faithful and Loving God,

Your Word teaches us: “Hold on to instruction, do not let it go; guard it well, for it is your life.” Lord, help us cling to Your wisdom with steadfast hearts. Strengthen us to treasure Your truth in every decision, every challenge, and every moment of our day.

We thank You for Your promise that “Your people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.” Let this peace surround our families, our congregation, and all who seek refuge in You. May every home become a sanctuary of grace, safety, and holy rest.

And we pray with the psalmist: “I am Your servant; give me discernment that I may understand Your statutes.” Open our minds to Your guidance, open our ears to Your voice, and open our hearts to Your will. Teach us to walk in wisdom, humility, and love.

May Your presence go before us today and Your blessing rest upon us.
