DAILY BREAD — Rejoicing in God’s Saving Help

ADVICE:
But may all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You;
may those who long for Your saving help always say, “The Lord is great!”
Psalm 40:16

PROMISE:
People of Zion, who live in Jerusalem, you will weep no more.
How gracious He will be when you cry for help! As soon as He hears, He will answer you.
Isaiah 30:19

The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me.
Psalm 28:7

Heavenly Father,
Your Word declares: “May all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You.” Father, fill my heart with holy joy as I seek Your face today. Let all who long for Your saving help proclaim, “The LORD is great!” I hold onto Your promise that You are gracious when we cry for help, and that as soon as You hear, You answer. Thank You that Your ear is never closed to my cry.

Lord Jesus Christ,
You are my Redeemer, my Helper, and the One who rescues me in every storm. When I call, You answer with mercy. When I fall, You lift me with Your grace. Help me rejoice in Your salvation and declare Your greatness with confidence and gratitude.

Holy Spirit,
Come and fill my heart with trust, strength, and peace. I pray with the psalmist: “The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me.” Strengthen my faith, shield my mind from fear, and remind me—moment by moment—that God is my ever-present help.

Father, Son, and Holy Spirit,
Let my heart rejoice in You, trust in You, and praise Your greatness today and forever.
