DAILY BREAD — Repentance and Reconciliation

​ADVICE:       
God commands all people everywhere to repent.
Acts 17:30-31

PROMISE:    
I will cleanse them from all the sin they have committed against me.
Jeremiah 33:8

PRAYER:      
David said to the Lord, “I have sinned greatly in what I have done. Now, Lord, I beg you, take away the guilt of your servant. I have done a very foolish thing.”

Dear Heavenly Father,
You call me to repentance, not to condemn me, but to restore me. Help me respond quickly when You convict my heart. Remove excuses and soften my spirit so that I may turn fully away from sin and back toward Your mercy.

Lord Jesus Christ,
Thank You for the promise of cleansing. Wash me from every wrongdoing and free me from hidden guilt. Let Your forgiveness renew my joy and restore my confidence in Your grace.

Precious Holy Spirit,
Like David, I confess: I have sinned greatly in what I have done. Take away the guilt of Your servant. Guard me from foolish choices, guide me into wisdom, and lead me in a life that reflects true repentance and grateful obedience.
