Wellness Active Living Club - This is a free, fun, gentle exercise program for seniors (55+) led by certified instructors who volunteer for Community Support Connections. Everyone can participate in the activities which include aerobics, strength, stretching, and balance. Wear loose comfortable clothing and proper footwear, bring water, and come to your first session early to fill out paperwork. Please feel free to join at any time.
Classes are held in the gym at Calvin on Tuesdays and Thursdays (starting Thurs. Sept. 5) 9:45-10:45 a.m. + Wednesdays (starting Sept. 11) 1-2 p.m.
